INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz Castaway Barrel Rested Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
1/2 oz Honey Syrup*
*Add 1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste), and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan on medium heat and stir honey to dissolve.
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe glass.
