OUR DEDICATED TEAM

HARD WORK & HUSTLE

End of Days Distillery was born from a legacy of hard work and hustle, where creating something with your own two hands meant a day well lived. Our family of premium handcrafted spirits honors our agricultural roots and the timeless values taught to us by the dreamers and doers of the world. Like every great artisan, we know there’s no substitute for unwavering integrity, ultra-premium ingredients and passion for the process.

“How are you spending your time?”

It’s a question we ask ourselves every day, and it drives our obsession for crafting small-batch spirits that thrill the palate and inspire the soul. Every sip is a celebration of what matters most. A rallying cry to seize the moment, and create something meaningful. And a reminder to love the now.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS:

SHANE AND BETH FAULKNER

Shane and Beth Faulkner founded End of Days Distillery to create more than just spirits—they wanted to craft meaningful experiences. Inspired by backyard conversations with friends, the name reflects their philosophy: savoring life's moments.

In February 2020, they opened the distillery in a restored WWII-era Quonset hut on Castle Street. Shortly after, the pandemic struck, but Shane and Beth pivoted to produce hand sanitizer, supporting their community during a challenging time.

With a dedication to premium craftsmanship, they’ve built a portfolio of award-winning spirits, including gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey. Beyond distilling, the Faulkners are deeply engaged with the Wilmington community, hosting events and collaborating with local businesses.

Shane and Beth’s passion and entrepreneurial spirit have made End of Days Distillery a standout in the craft beverage industry.

ABOUT OUR SPACE

End of Days Distillery is housed in a beautifully restored WWII-era Quonset hut, located in the heart of Wilmington's Castle Street district. This unique building, with its curved steel structure and industrial charm, reflects the hard work, resilience, and craftsmanship at the core of what we do.

Originally designed in the 1940s, the Quonset hut now serves as a space where tradition meets innovation. Inside, you'll find our state-of-the-art distillery, a welcoming cocktail bar, a cozy tasting lounge, and a versatile event space—all designed to create exceptional experiences.

Our building’s transformation from wartime relic to vibrant community hub mirrors our dedication to revitalizing the past while crafting something extraordinary for the present. It’s more than a distillery—it’s a place where stories are shared, moments are made, and spirits come to life.
