Chef Tee and Lee are back. This time we want to take you on a tour to Vietnam. Chef Tee is from Laos, and Chef Lee is from Thailand. The culture all blends for most Southeast Asian countries, so they want to bring a little sample of Vietnamese cuisine that is popular both in Laos and Thailand for Wilmington to try.

Step back in time as we celebrate the repeal of Prohibition and the return of fine spirits to the people! On December 7th, 2024, the clock winds back to the roaring 1920s, a time when elegance ruled and rebellion brewed in every speakeasy. We’re throwing a Prohibition Party to celebrate the abolition of the dry years of 1920 to 1933 and unveil a historic milestone: Wilmington's First Whiskey since Prohibition – Survivor’s Cut Whiskey.

Cape Fear locals Chris Tolbert and Seth Penner make up Circle Pit BBQ, combined 30 years experience in the Wilmington service industry, working in some of the areas all time greats such as Caprice bistro, Fermental, Cape Fear Sprits and Beer and Chops Deli. They take a unapologetic approach to regional foods with respect to tradition, bringing you southern and world wide favorites inspired by their travels and experiences. BBQ to them is so much more than pulled pork and brisket.
