"Food for Thought" is a concept dedicated to food that is fun to eat. Chef Parker Lewin has worked in many of Wilmington's best kitchens, and believes that good food can spark new ideas.

When he isn't cooking, Parker likes to spend his time reading, writing, training Muay Thai, and spending time with his wife and cats.
