When he moved to the US, Chef David discovered Authentic Texas BBQ, a cuisine that resonated deeply with his own cultural practices of smoking meats. This newfound love for Texas BBQ, combined with his Jamaican culinary roots, inspired the creation of Pimento Smokehouse.
