1.5 fl. oz. Orgeat

.75 fl. oz. Cinnamon Syrup

.5 fl. oz. Lime Juice


METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in shaker; shake. Strain into glass

GARNISH:
Garnish with pineapple stem
