Violet Sunset
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz of Port of Entry Vodka
.5 oz of Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz of Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz of Pomegranate Juice
METHOD:
Add Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur, lime, and pomegranate juice to a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
GARNISH:
Garnish with lime, pomegranate seeds, or an edible flower.
