RYE WHISKEY
Survivor’s Cut Series Rye Whiskey is made using 65% rye, 18% wheat, and 17% 2-row barley. The time in the barrel has allowed the spirit to develop a rich, smooth, spice finish, with deep caramel color.
The quality of the grains and the love and care used in the distillation and maturation process show our continued commitment to the craft. The original barrels used to age this spirit were made by Black Water Cooperage which will not be producing additional barrels in the future.

SMALL BATCH RYE
Survivors Cut Rye Whiskey is a small batch-”barrel to barrel” whiskey, carefully crafted using quality grains, careful open top fermentation and distillation.
65% rye, 18% wheat, and 17% 2-row barley. Considered an entry level rye, very approachable.
TASTING NOTES:
Deep amber color with notes of warm bread, oak, vanilla and caramel. Spicy notes from the rye give deep flavors without overpowering the sweetness of the corn. Finish has an appropriate “chew” or lingering taste and smell that allows you to enjoy quality spirits. This whiskey is an unfiltered whiskey which allows for deeper flavors.
