CELINE DIJON

Ingredients:
Muddled arugula
2 oz Castillo Blanco
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Lime
.75 oz Passion Fruit
.25 oz Dijon Syrup

Method:
Combine all ingredients in shaker. Muddle arugula, add ice to shaker; shake. Strain into glass.

Garnish:
Black Salt Rim & Pickle
