Survivors Cut Rye Whiskey is a small batch-”barrel to barrel” whiskey, carefully crafted using quality grains, careful open top fermentation and distillation. Rich amber color with notes of swarm bread, oak, vanilla and warm spices. Spicy notes from the rye give deep flavors without overpowering the approachability and warm finish known from a rye whiskey. Our Rye Whiskey is not considered a “high rye” which would be 95-100% rye. Balanced between the spiciness of rye and the sweetness of the malted barley which is much more approachable.

Survivor’s Cut Series Rye Whiskey is made using 65% rye, 18% wheat, and 17% 2-row barley. The time in the barrel has allowed the spirit to develop a rich, smooth, spice finish, with deep caramel color. ⁣⁠
Aged a min of 2 years.

The quality of the grains and the love and care used in the distillation and maturation process show our continued commitment to the craft. The original barrels used to age this spirit were made by Black Water Cooperage which will not be producing additional barrels in the future.
